'Tout ce qui est beau revient' is a rich, hugely aromatic white made with Gewrztraminer from the Bannwarth estate in Alsace. The grapes have been harvested late with noble rot and have spent three and a half years in old barrels without topping up. This makes for a complex, oxidative wine with a sweet edge. 50cl bottle.
