It's all fermented in barrel. It's a serious elegant wine, a nice minerality, with purity and texture from the oak ferment and a great length. Typical Chenin blanc characteristics, green apples, honey, white flowers, creamy quince aromas and a touch of sweet spices. Wine with great minerality and texture
