It's soft ivory wool with a thin matching grosgrain ribbon band and large feather shaped sequin appliques in the front. It's in excellent condition, minor discoloration on the inside front. Measures about 20 inches around the inside now, but it looks like it was stitched to be made smaller, the stitches can be let out, union label, "Originals by Mr. Joseph's New York".
