The floral appliqu detail to the front is beautiful and really makes it stand out. 'Im unsure of the age, it could be 80's but also very much in the style of a lot of 50's tops I've seen, so could easily be styled with both eras clothing wise. Measured flat Put to put 36" Waist 28 34" Length 24" There is a little stretch so best worn up to around a size 12, it's not meant to be
