Consumers are often shocked to find that GLP-1 medications like semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) can cost over $1,000 a month without insurance
Their combined effects in humans are not well studied, and use outside regulated research is not recommended
