The general rule: Pause less than 2 weeks: restart at the same dose Pause 2 to 4 weeks: consider stepping down one dose level (e.g., 10 mg back to 7.5 mg) for the first few injections Pause more than 4 weeks: restart at the lowest dose (2.5 mg) and re-titrate, or at most 5 mg if you previously tolerated maintenance well The reason is that GLP-1 receptor sensitivity adjusts during the off period
