Santenay Les Charmes 2022 and “Volnay Santenots” if theyTasting Note Intense and brilliant purple in colour, the nose reveals persistent aromas of blackcurrant and cherry. The palate is smooth and silky, with finely balanced tannins. Full bodied yet graceful, it offers depth, lightness, and indulgence in equal measure. The vineyard is situated in the far southeast of the village of Santenay. During vinification, fermentation occurs at a low temperature over an extended period, lasting up to five weeks.
