She's a hot pink pegasus with flocking that gives her an orange or pinkish color. She has neon yellow hair and her symbol is 3 blue birthday candles. Best Wishes was never sold separately in stores and was available only as part of the Party Gift Pack Pony set. A lot of the flocking is worn off of her nose, ears, legs, wings and hooves, as shown in the photos.
