Ransom Bourbon Whiskey Ransom This Old Tom Gin isHandcrafted at our 40 acre farm and distillery in coastal Oregon. Crafted from a blend of barrellings ranging in age from three years to 16 years. Aged in toasted American Oak Distilled in our direct fire Alembic pot stills using rainwater we collect all year from the distillery roof. Our unique four grain mash bill: 59% Corn, 19% Ida Gold malted barley, 14% Rye and 8% Wheat. Taste profile: Classic Bourbon aromas with notes of toffee and soft caramel,
